I have ordered classic 3310 but I got Q-Tel cheap mobile. I tried to return the mobile but there is no phone number available in website. I have sent an email to them but no reply from them since 4 days. I have ordered mobile on 29th January and received product on 1st February. I have taken opetion for cash on delivery so I think murchent details may available at delivery agent. I checked in online but they are satsay no details. Can you please investigate this issue?
