I have ordered an havells electric geyser from Amazon. I was not aware about that the product technical issues.
After the havells technical team visited for installation of the product they informed me that in your apartment there is no separate power connection provided for installation of this electric geyser.
Now I am not able to get the product installed.
I have complain several times to Amazon customer care about the problem with product. I have told the product is not compatible to me.
But they are not accepting the return or exchange of the product.
They are saying that the product can only be replace if it’s damage.
