I have ordered a product on amazon and return it but i did not got the refund amazon say that they have send the refund alredy but when i call paytm payment customer care they say that they did not recive any kind of refund from amazon

I didnt recive my refund of 400 rupes amazon say that they have send the refund but paytm payment bank say that they did not recive refund amazon say that  fill the charge dispute form
