Hi,
I had placed an order via Instagram app in the following website for a watch as mentioned in the headline.

I have received the delivery, but instead received a very poor quality watch instead of what was originally supposed to be delivered. The seller’s website does not seem to work now when i tried to contact him back. Since i had the email address, i am able to identify that the seller has similar complaints raised against him. I have suffered a loss of Rs 1,650. And this is not fair. Kindly help
