Text of Complaint by Khushi Gupta:

I ordered a kurta from Myntra but when I received that kurta one button was half broken. So I tried to return that kurta but Myntra rejected my request. I also talked to delivery boy he told me talk to customer care first. I did that too but they said we have sent you good product after quality check they were repeating the answer only they really don’t know anything, what should I do next or nothing they just repeat the same thing. And one thing why Myntra will send any broker thing ofcourse not but I received the broken thing what about that. What should I do now, may be it broken while shipping or anything. I literally did had any bad experience like this. I will never shop on Myntra again. They didn’t even listen to there customers. Very bad experience I had.
