I got a notification on 25 june that item (organizer) has been delivered. I had contacted the meesho’s customer support at a time to raise the issue and they closed that request stating that item has been delivered after otp. Whether I did not receive any otp from meesho’s side and if i did not have how can I provide to delivery person. Most of the item has been deliveerd without otp. now meesho’s customer support saying we can not help you. I had prepaid for the item
