placed an online order for 6 pc Seamless Front Button Women Comfortable Cotton Bra ₹699 on November23,2025 through [https://fazefashion.shop/]. However, upon delivery, I was shocked to receive 3 old and dirty and so cheep product instead of the original ordered items on 01,12,2025. They delivered it through Amazon shipping.
I immediately verified the parcel and it is indicating a clear dispatch or fulfillment error from the seller’s side.
Despite contacting the seller’s customer care, no proper response or resolution has been provided. I have not received the correct products or a refund, which amounts to unfair trade practice and deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Relief Sought:
I request the concerned authorities to kindly intervene and direct the seller to either:
Send the original items as per my order, OR
Issue a full refund of ₹699.
