I have ordered 2 pairs of philips earbuds and i have just received 1 . I have called soo many times on costumer care but my issue is not yet solved basically the main thing is they don’t want to solve my issue and the worst thing is that costumer care mam was very rude and she directly hang up my phone just by listening that i have this issue . Now see either you refund my hard earned money or send me 1 pair of earbuds and that’s my right to raise a voice against such incidents. I hope you will definitely get my issue solved
