I ordered around 18 women kurtas from the online portal named as fabindia.club, this portal is on instagram and is still visible to the consumers online. On 10the june, 2023 I was scrolling through my instagram where I came across this online portal, this portal was giving great offers to which i got trapped and after which i started selecting the products and added to the cart, after which i checked out and made a payment as there was no cash on delivery option given, thereafter I even made the payment of Rs. 3048/- through paytm at 10.53 AM and the Order ID is 17517855648 and the wallet ref no is 46356314322. Its been 5 days since i have placed the order and there is no update on my order , I have even emailed them two times raising my issue on the given email id i.e., atrxzm@internetkeno.com on 13th june and 14th june respectively but to this there is no reply. The given icon of this portal was exactly the same as of thr authrntic FABINDIA due to ehich In got trapped and ordered the products in a bulk.
Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible

I have also placed an order for 518 RS. which was discounted as per the fabindia page on instagram and now have realized it was a phishing site.
