Text of Complaint by Gowthaman M:

I opted for a new Jio Fiber Connection on 6th June 2023 with a payment of 3536.46 through Gpay with transaction Id: 315729674867. And the Home sales officer from Jio told me within 24 -48 hours the installation and connection will be done, Sir. So wait for the time. My schedule is planned for 8th June 10:00 Am – 11:30 AM but no one showed up to install. So I have called customer care they said they’ll escalate the issue but I received a mail that my installation is Rescheduled to the 11th of June. Till now no communication from Technical Engineer or respective team for the installation every 1-2 hours I am calling Customer care and asking for an update. Because of this, I have had to recharge my mobile phone and use the hotspot for the past 2-3 days. So I can’t keep up my work on time and have to call frequently to check the status. It’s really depression from Jio Team. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP and take the necessary action against this.
