I have opted for Airtel one plan with 1999 monthly plan and n June 2020. After that Airtel people install DYH service and converted existing broadband line to extream fibre. But even after lapse of one month, My billing has not be modified according to plan and I am getting bills as per old system I.e. separate bills for mobile, broadband and DTH service. Now, since when am waiting for Airtel one plan bill and if I donor pay the existing dues, my service can be discontinued. When I reported my problem to customer care, thay told me that my request had not been generated and advised me to contact to nearest Airtel store to generate my request. I have already fed up by going Airtel store 4 to 5 times in this regard but the problem is same. Kindly help me out of this situation.
