Hon’ble Lord,
On last 30th October I online ordered Ekon C11P1611 Asus Zenphone 3 Max-4130mAh and make online payment. But, on 6th November 2020 I see that my ordered item is already delivered in hand of the customer at 12 A.M at the registered address. After I see the update that day I called in Amazone India customer care, then they raised a complaint against DTDC ( shipped at DTDC Tracking ID: Z36655590) and assured to refund my paid amount Rs.1,069 . But still today on 16 November 2020 I have not receive any refund or any call from Amazon.
Therefore, I request you to register a complaint against Amazon or responsible authority and make my payment return as earliest.
