I have not taken personal loan from IVL finance Ltd.but when I checked my cibil score I saw that IVL company has shown an overdue of Rs 597 on me and my cibil score decreasing continuously . When I tried to contact customer care but they not responding properly
So I requested you to kindly resolve the issue immediately.
