Actually I am the son of my father whose actual account is showing the due. It’s been 3 years since we just running to the banks again and again while the situation didn’t get any better. The due is showing for any NDXP (which I don’t know what is but that its a fraud) from whom there were no actual due. The email and report for correction is sent to the cibil many times which writes me back to sort it out with NDXP of course which I don’t know what to. I humbly request to please help me through this as my parents have suffered enough through this already.
