Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that Amish Anant Mahapadi , resident of Miraroad,
I would like to bring to your knowledge that I have not taken any kind of loan from the above finance company but then too it’s showing in my cibil report. They
calling me at odd hours and are being abusive on such calls.
Their Agent called me from various. number and was continuously shouting and abusing me all through the call. This is a pure case of fraud financial harassment and it causes immense inconvenience to me and my family.
They also hacked my contact list from my mobile phone and called office friends, as well as calling my job company client regarding my dues which is wrong loan and not even I have taken.
Please note that such activities are totally in violation of the RBI guidelines and such
actions of agents will tantamount to taking strict actions against them. I request
you to look into the matter and take immediate steps to stop this fraud financial harassment
activity, otherwise I will be forced to take some legal actions.
