Hi Team,
I have ordered a product from Amazon and I have returned the product and opted for a refund.
But till now I have not received the refund.
In Amazon app it’s stating that the refund is being processed. But it’s been 20 odd days now.
Kindly look into it and do the needful.

I have already discussed with the bank but they are denying that no transaction has been done for the same amount. And I have checked my bank statement as well where the amount is not credited.
