Text of Complaint by Mario de Carvalho Neto:

I have not received the purchase and there is no deadline. I have made more than 15 complaints since November 5, 2022, through Customer Assistance. They always give me vague answers, until today I don’t have a tracking number and I haven’t received the purchase.
