Hello I am Kiranpreet Kaur
I have made 2 order form Flipkart website (iPhone 11) and order was placed ,money was deducted 2 time ( 44,999 +44,999=90000) after few minutes I have canceled both orders and they mentioned the amount will be refund next day, ,but it’s been 7 days ,I still not get any amount form your side also i have contacted with Flipkart team they assured me that i will received on next day but no further action taken by your team it seems. Can you please take it forward and make my refund ASAP. I have sent this to Flipkart but no action taken by Flipkart.
I have sent lots of mail but never get back any revert from Flipkart . It’s been 10 days since Flipkart not able to help me out .I am in depression right now and I have lost 90,000 money .One of Flipkart seniors said you have to talk to your bank as it’s my international account so i talk to my bank they mentioned that we need a mail from flipkart end with some information. When I again called Flipkart department and said I have talked to my bank and my bank needs some information from your end via Email & Fax then Flipkart department refused to send any email to my bank. Please help me here i have only one hope that is you .please help me he
