Dear Sir/Mam,
I ordered Dezofy olive oil dispenser 500 ml after few days i received a false product hence i placed a replacement order on 09.05.2022, but i received a damaged product on 11.05.2022 hence again i place a refund request on 13.05.2022 , but until now i have received the refund .
Whenever i call customer care they say some reason but nothing had happened .
I have been totally disappointed by this from Amazon .
Hence request you to kindly take necessary action to refund my money paid and compensation for the delay.
