Dear Consumer court,
Greetings
I got refund from Flipkart Rs.1108. i provided my Paytm saving account number to flipkart and they have transfered my refund in this account and provided me reference number which is 934724000288.
But i have not received any money in my paytm saving account, when i contacted flipkart, they are saying that i should contact Paytm payment bank customer care department and request them to file charge dispute because the seller has processed my refund.
But Paytm Paytm bank is not filing charge dispute and saying that they have no information regarding this reference number which flipkart provided 934724000288.
Paytm payment bank is not filing charge dispute he said that If you claim the chargeback dispute then you can paid 5000 then I processed the chargeback dispute.
Paytm Payment bank is not helping me at all and i am in big trouble, Flipkart is saying they can’t do anything without charge dispute reference number.
Consumer court, please give me justice
