The Hon’ble President/Secretary,
District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum,

Subject: Complaint under Consumer Protection Act, 2019 – Non-delivery of goods and refund request
Opposite Party (Seller):
Moongoddess Couture
Details of the Complaint:

I placed an order with the opposite party on 16th January 2025 for a dress through their website.

Order Number: 724141, Invoice Number: MGIN/2425/54604.

Despite repeated follow-ups and reminders, the opposite party has failed to deliver the product till date (10th October 2025).

I have attempted to contact them multiple times via phone, but received no response, causing mental agony, inconvenience, and financial loss.

I have paid the full amount for the product.

Reliefs Sought:

Refund of the full amount paid:2213.42

Interest on the amount from the date of payment until refund.

Compensation for mental agony, inconvenience, and harassment.

Any other relief deemed appropriate by the Hon’ble Forum.
