I would give zero stars if there was an option. Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic customer service. I placed an order on this website. I waited for 15 days. I didn’t receive any confirmation from them. I tried to contact them on mail, through call and whatsapp.. I received automated reply on email with no resolution. After messaging n number of time I received a reply saying the dress is currently out of stock. There are restocking and asked me to wait for a week. I waited but there was no confirmation. I kept contacting them. They don’t reply. They don’t pick up calls. They made me wait for 2 months and then the said . Sorry it’s out of stock. We will give you a refund. I am trying to get the refund from the last week or so. I have messaged them atleast 60 to 70 times and I have received a reply from them only 3 or 4 times.They don’t reply. I wanted the dress for an event. I had seen the same dress at yourlibaas.com. It was around 200 rupees less at fashion station so I ordered from here. Worst mistake of my life. I am a doctor and they have wasted so much of my time behind this order. I have ordered so many dresses from yourlibaas and have never faced any issue. Fashion Station is a fraud website never order from them. You will find same dresses at yourlibaas. You can safely order from them. If I don’t receive my refund , I am bound to take legal action against them.
