To whom it may concern

This is to inform you that I have made a payment of my bill for Rs.1341.74 on Sep 17th and it was credited to Airtel account on the 20th of Septemer-2021 the payment has not yet been accounted in the system.
I am attaching the proof of payment for your records. Kindly look into this asap as I have been receiving constant messages from your office as a reminder for the bill payment.
