i have order Amazon Basics Digital Safe With Electronic Keypad Locker For Home, Gross Capacity – 58L (Net – 51L), Black, ON 11th juky 2025 and is expected to deliver on 14th july 2025, however i didnot neceived the order till 17 and was cancel autometcally, i have contact customer care they told due to the techincal issue it is returned kindly re order the same and i again order on 17th july 2025 which was expected to deliever on 18th julhy 2025, i got call from delivery agent 11 am on18th juky 2025 that the order will be deliver with in half an hour, and not received yet. I have contact your customer service care more than 10 times they just ignored any onlyu said that it will be deliver by the end of the day and I waited upto 12 AM in the night because your assicaates said to wait. Till now i have not recieved my order. and non of your assicate taken it on proirity nither escallated to upper level. What should I do.
