I have not received my loan yet they are asking me to pay for it. I have a loan from there before but tried to do a reloan. I have paid my previous loan and reloan but they have not disbursed my loan. Reached out to them numerous times but have not received any response. Now that it is already due they are now harassing me to pay for it. Why will I pay for something I have not received.
