I have not received cashew 1kg of Rs. 599 for which I paid in advance . I was not available when it was delivered as I had to rush to Punjab as my aunt had died. My neighbour instead received the order on my request on 23rd Oct. On returning just after one day of delivery i.e. 24th October, I complained about the same but GlowRoad executive said I had to complain within 24 hours of delivery. As I was out of town how could I have checked the item. It was death case so I had to go to punjab in emergency. Either deliver me the cashew 1kg or refund at the earliest. I am already upset about my aunt’s death don’t make it worse. Please find an attachment for your reference.
