Hi Team,
I have not received any update on my 2 orders yet.
Order Number – 116147681437256097101 & 116181950749536254803
As I already informed you that I have not received any of the 2 orders and they are not even delivered to the wrong address.
My mobile number was wrongly updated but the address was completely correct. But neither I have received any call from delivery agent nor I got my parcels delivered.
I have checked with the person whose number was updated.
She is a women from a village in Kolkata and she clearly told me that she is in Kolkata and has no idea about that Parcel. And on asking about the date which is showing as delivered, she told that; for both the parcels, on the delivery day she has received a call from delivery agent asking for address. She clearly denied and said that she belongs to Kolkata and has not ordered any parcel. Then instead of returning the parcel to a warehouse, delivery agent intentionally asked her OTP Code and marked the product as Delivered.
This is the case of Fraud from Delivery Agent. And I want strict action to be taken against the Fraud guy.

I have completely discussed the concern with the person whose number was updated.
Also I am attaching the audio recording of the conversation which I had with that lady. Kindly listen to this recording and investigate this issue. I am ready to co-operate. Let me know if any details needed.
Kindly take the required actions and get the parcel delivered to my address ASAP, as I have been following up for so long.
This is really very poor experience from a reputed brand like Myntra. Never expected this at all.
