I have booked a ticket from travolook.com on the 16 july 22. From delhi to pune of 17 july 2022 in the name of Faizan Ansari. The ticket got cancelled by the airlines and the customer executive of travolook informed me that i will get the refund within 24 hours . I have been following up with them past 3 weeks and everyday they say tomorrow the refund will be done. And i have not received any refund till today.
