Text of Complaint by Dr K N Kandpal:

I received messages from SIMPL for payment of Rs 27.00 about 20 days before. In this connection stated that –
1. I have not opened any account in the SIMPL app and neither download the app on my mobile.
2. In this regard I also inform to mail ID of SIMPL (i.e. [email protected] and [email protected])
3. I had requested to stop sending mail and SMS to my number/mail, please.
4. No payment has been made for any kind of purchase from this app.

I want the firm to stop messaging and emailing and issuing an apology for the same., please
