I have ordered law books and paid Rs. 999.00 for it. Today we have recieved one parcel from Ekart on COD, we under the impression that the books have arrived and payment made earlier might have refunded and paid to the delivery boy and received the parcel. On opening it surprised to see it is apparel which I have not ordered. Since there is no details available on the parcel to claim refund and return the goods, A complaint is preferred to refund and to take the wrong item.
