I had booked a flight tickets onward and return journey from HYD-DEL. Ticket was cancelled due to technical error. The cancellation and booking date was 14th May-2022. Today is is 30-May 2022 and I have not received the refund yet. Support person keep on saying form waiting for 5-7 working days all the time. Don;t know what do to do on this and whom to penalize.
