I ordered one Samsung Frame 55inch from Amazon at the time of purchase i seen that i will get free bazels with the QLED but i was not awarded how i can claim this offer to make that offer clear i call to Amazon and asked them how i cam claim this offer they told that you order the product you will get bazels with the delivery of product but i have not received with the delivery then they told you receive this delivery you will get bazels after 10 days again i have not received after 10 days then i made complaint and they told that in 3 to 5 working days you will receive bazels at your home so i asked them to give this in written they send me the mail for the same but i wait for 7 days agin i have not received any bezels again I contacted them again they said wait for 3 days i asked them that i have in writing and give me bazels right now then they denied and said we can give you apology amount of 1000 where bazels are costing around 6749 rupee i am attaching mail that i have received from Amazon
