I was using Airtel broadband until 9th August and I was happy about Airtel’s service and support. on 10th August I requested for broadband shifting as I shifted to different location within Bangalore, technicians from Airtel had called me and told Installation is not possible to the new area and shifting didn’t happen, then I called Airtel customer care and support team to enquire about refund for remaining data, support team told me that I will get refund from Airtel within15 days, but the reality is yet I haven’t received any communication from Airtel until I send them an email, after I send them an email I got reply from airtel asking for my bank details and it is been more than 15 days I shared my bank details but until now I have not received any response from them I tried reaching out to them over the phone but reaching airtel customer support is highly difficult not possible at all reaching airtel support team is very complicated am unable to reach out to them. Please consider this email as a high priority and settle the refund ASAP.
