Greetings for the day!
This is my complaint regarding your Hugo Loan App and would like to tell you that i had just installed your HugoLoan App for eligibility check and I am 200% sure that i have not applied for any Loan but last Saturday i.e. 10th September i got a call from one of your team member- Collection department and he talked to me very rudely and badly and started forcing me to pay for 3200/- and when I checked my Account Statement it was just 1760/- and when I questioned him that you credited only 1760/- then why should I pay for 3200/ he said that due to your Processing and GST charges there is so much deduction but still I have to pay for full i.e.3200/ and he shared me the UPI ID – 7860760456-488@paytm…and i paid for the same shared him Screenshot too, but again I am getting the same Calls, please check even i tried connecting with you on your customer care number- +91 93489 74966, some Deepak Kumar attended the call and he is saying that it is still In processing and he shared me one no. 9289034567 and shared me one link to install base.apk and asked me to install but I was getting Unsafe Warning error message, also he sent me one text message asking me to forward same within 15 sec on 9289034567, i am sharing all screenshots .
Please check and help me out…
