I was staying in Singapore from 15.04.2023 to 10.06.2023. During the time I have not activatef any International Roaming Plan. Further I have used local Star Hub SIM only in Singapore. However, an amount of Rs.699/- has been included as International Roaming Charges in the Bill amount for the month of April- 2023. I registered a complaint in Airtel App but no response from your end. Since I have received late fee reminder, I have paid the full bill amount at the time. After that only I will pay the fee for the month of May 2023
