it is showing i had taken loan in 12 nov 2019 which is still pending 1925 rs and in last they are also showing rs 3019 overdue i dont know why. if my amount is pending then why i have not received any call or msg regarding this. i had no pending loan but my cibil score are getting poor due to ivl finance ltd company

I have taken the loan from dhani.
And i cleared the loan.
But it’s still showing as active.
That’s why my cibil score was getting poor.
So please solve my problem.
