Dear Team,
My name is Ajay Kumar, My PAN card number is AYVPK9820B and My Adhaar card number is 417040875267.
While checking the Cibil score (mycibil.com), I came to know that there are EARCPL bank credit card (5172526721872369) due with my name but I never did any transaction using credit card until today.
Related with due pending with my name, I checked with customer care and through customer care mobile number by using my registered mobile number (9967091155, 9704693074) and from all sources I got the information that I have no due with EARCPL bank credit card.
But my Cibil report is showing some dues are pending on my name kindly let me know how can I clear those due from my Cibil report and get the NOC for no dues. I am ready to pay all dues to all EARCPL banks but with justification from bank why should I pay when I never used any credit card from EARCPL banks.
