I have never enquired, nor taken any loan from the so called company Transactree technologies which is managed by snapmint , they’ve have ruined my cibil score, it has dropped more than 100 points, there is an amount of 1050 reflecting in my cibil as overdue, even after several mails I only get reply to have patience and my query will be resolved, but nothing happened in 3 months , I’m really fed up and have no idea what to do. Now only this platform can help and rectify this issue
