I am using Airtel SIM and not able to make calls, receive calls or use data but I am paying 750/- every month for this useless service. I made many complaints to Airtel and they had closed my complaint saying they were not able to reach me. If I have network issue, how will they be able to reach me. I escalated to nodal office but they have default answer of looking into your issue and will update within 72 hours. I don’t know when 72 hours will come for them. I am really frustrated using this. I made complaint last May, June and sent many emails . Latest complaint number is Re: Service Request Registered -31-3008224041559 for Airtel Mobile 9986706336
