Text of Complaint by Mohammed Salih Kunnathuvalappil:

I have made two payments on 09APR and 16APR in gaming app V3 Game.com, money debited from my account and the service provider didn’t add or updated this amounts in gaming ID. As per my request my bank( South Indian Bank has requested several times for charge back, unfortunately beneficiary bank rejected the requets and they provided the reason for rejection is service/ products are provided. I contacted the game authority and requested the beneficiary banks statements which shows not credited these amounts, but they are not providing. my bank can’t do anything without getting the statements from them . i am attaching the neccessary details of payment receipts, chat history, and email received from bank. so kindly do needfull to get back my money. Still they saying these amounts are not received yet.
