My home is just a 2 BHK, the router is placed in living room and it cannot give range to the bed rooms which are just a few steps from living room. I contacted customer care as well as the person who installed jio fiber at my home. It has been around 10-15 days now that I am facing this issue. Contacted around 10 individuals that work for jio fiber but the problem is same. My plan is 30 Mbps.
