I have intiated rs 527/-in my Airtel wallet bt till now it is not showing up in my account nor refund has come to my account.its already two days .I have made complaint but no response yet

I have still not received my refund amount of Rs527/-in my sbi account nor the amount has been initiated in my Airtel wallet.
