I have given the complaint to the Gurgaon and sohna road branch for the replacement of my sim with the new one as having some issues on existing sim which needs to be replaced with the new one.

My complaint was registered with them on dated 15th-Nov-21 but till date there is no response form there end on my raised issue and not even got any response from there side with the updated status.
