Text of Complaint by CHANDRA PRAKASH HARJAN:

I OREDERED A FIRBOLT WATCH FROM SNAPMINT AND AFTER FEW DAYS IT STOPPED WORKING.I HAVE GIVEN THE WATCH FOR REPLACEMENT IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER ALONG WITH THE INVOICE SOFT COPY.THEY TOLD THAT THEY WOULD SEND THE PRODUCT WITHIN 25 DAYS BUT,STILL DID NOT GET THE WATCH.I HAVE CALLED THE SERVICE CENTERS FOR HELP BUT THAT HAS GONE IN VAIN.IT HAS BEEN 2.5 MONTHS SINCE I GAVE THE WATCH.EVERYTIME I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE TELLING ME WAIT FOR 2 OR 3 DAYS BUT THATS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
