My name is orvin jude mathew
I have enrolled In a course(data analysis) November 27 batch in star agile they took emi from liquiloans for me to pay the fee for to enroll the course .within 3 days of payment I have reported to satr agile customer executives to terminate the program and the loan and they made me wait for one week , they told me raise a ticket on 1 december and I have raised a ticket in their link . In their refund policy if a customer is terminating the course within 3 days of payment they have to get refund
But i didint get any notification from them and they are not concerned about this issue
I have been calling them for last 2 weeks each day they are telling they will update me , But iam not getting any updation from them,for that reason Today is 1st january I have to pay the emi and iam unable to pay it
