Text of Complaint by JAYANTH:

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my experience with your organization and the handling of my purchase with Purchase ID 48665. I would like to bring your attention to a series of events that have transpired since my initial contact with your company. Below, I have provided a chronological summary of the incidents:

I received a call from Skill-Lync regarding an AI & ML course. Despite expressing my constraints, the representative insisted on an EV course instead. Initially, they quoted a course fee of Rs.3,50,000 /- but mentioned a year-end sale offer of Rs. 2,45,000/- along with a Mack book.

Following their instructions, I paid a token amount of Rs. 5,000 to pre-book the course. The representative mentioned the non-refundable nature of this payment and the possibility of swapping courses.

Subsequently, I received a call from the Skill-Lync account team along with their Finance partner Eduvanz requesting bank documents for loan processing. Skill-Lync assured me that the loan would only be disbursed after I accepted the course.

They also assured me that I would have 60 days to disburse the loan amount and that I could cancel the loan if I informed them within this timeframe. However, despite informing them on the 24th day, the loan was not canceled, and I have been paying EMIs for the past 13 months.

During this time, I raised several tickets on the Skill-Lync portal and visited the office personally. The person who initially handled my issue left the office in July 2022 but assured me that she had processed the cancellation and that the issue was pending at the accounts team.

After six months, the Skill-Lync grievance team informed me that they were unable to trace the calls and stated that there is no cancellation policy after loan dispersal. They also claimed that the issue was not escalated by their team member. I questioned them about the ticket raised by her, but I have not received a satisfactory response to date.

Despite my request for cancellation or course swapping, Skill-Lync stated that there is no cancellation policy and that I would need to pay the full fee. Additionally, they have not stopped deducting EMIs from my account, even after paying 13 months’ worth.

I can submit all the recordings related to the conversation with the skill-Lync team.

Please take necessary action against them and help me to get my amount back.
