I have downloaded a Jhandi Munda King (JOJO Game Technology Co., Ltd.localrummygame.com). I have deposited Rs 10000 from my Bank Ac but it was not reflected and credited on the gaming AC (Record ID 43626818).
First on November 14, 2023 at 0827hrs Rs 5000 debited from my Ac through UPI but it was not credited into my Gaming AC during the play. In same manner on two occasion I recharge with Rs 1000 on November 17, 2023 and Rs 5000 on November 17, 2023. However the money debited were not credited into my gaming Ac again. I made a REPEATED complaint/ feedback regarding the issue through ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE section. But despite several efforts with it’s Customer service, my complaint has not been resolved. This frustration has even led to lost of more money with hope of recovering the money. I kept the app resulting playing again and again.
Please help me and recover my money and additional compensation for breach of trust or any other relevant for safeguarding rights of Cusummer.
