I have done recharge for my mobile number 9618164887 for Rs.99 via Airtel Thanks App, but recharge is not reflected into account,
Here is the message received for the same from Airtel:
Hi, Payment of Rs. 99.0 done via Airtel_Payments_Bank has been processed. Order Id: 6918414213683769344. You will receive the order confirmation within 4 hrs. Please keep the Order ID for future reference.
Now after long fight with Airtel 121 team, they confirmed that they will refund the amount by 19-07-22 12:18 PM.
But i didn’t receive any refund till now, to check the status on the same, I have called the customer care and told the reference number provided by 121 email team: CONRC3BLR20220714221874, now the customer care is saying there is no such complaint Exists in their database nor the recharge order I’d. They are not even trying to help me.
