I have done recharge on 4 March 2020 , Wednesday . The transaction id id1674847009 . The recharge has been done through airtel app given on Google . The airtel has refused to help. They said to contact bank directly . I contact to bank . They said bank has not refused the payment . So u talk to Airtel .but airtel consumer care have not responding . No help from their side . I did recharge through airtel that available on Google . So it’s airtel’s responsibility to provide refund . But they have not refunded my money . If it is not concerning u then who . Why u put your app on google search . They said payment have not been made via airtel payment bank . I want to ask why they put their app on google search . I recharge from Airtel app on google search . Transaction of 149 have been made but airtel have not refunded the money . This is a fraud .
