I have done payment through Freopay App ( My Pay Later Account with RMN +91- 9827956536 of INR 4002 on 17/07/2022 to UPI ID billdesk@hdfcbank .com with UTR Number 219882412845,the amount has been debited from my account but not credited to benificeary Account ( INDUSCARD) My INDUSIND CREDIT CARD.
Also I have email to my Pay Later Account RMN +91- 9827956536 and customer care – hello@freopay.com (Support from which Money debited) and premium.care@indusind.com (Support from which Money Should be Credited) but I havent got any Reply about the Transaction from both Parties whether it is Successful of failed.
Kindly Look into the matter and confirm about the Transaction. Where is Money
